抵用券使用规则 / Voucher Terms & Conditions

适用范围 / Applicability：本抵用券仅适用于新申请 ISIC 电子卡或实体卡服务。不可用于抵扣或返还用户已有的存量卡片费用，亦不可用于续费。

Applicability: Vouchers are valid for new applications of ISIC Digital or Physical Cards only. They cannot be used to deduct or refund fees for existing cards, nor for renewals.

资格限制 / Eligibility：申请人必须完全符合 ISIC 国际学生证及相关证件的官方申请条件。若申请人使用抵用券提交申请但最终因不符合资格条件而被拒，该抵用券将视为已使用，不予退还、不予置换、不予兑换现金。

Eligibility: Applicants must fully meet the official eligibility criteria for ISIC and related cards. If an application is rejected due to ineligibility after using a voucher, the voucher will be deemed as used and is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.

现金政策 / Cash Policy：本抵用券不可兑换现金，不设找零。

Cash Policy: Vouchers are non-redeemable for cash and no change will be given.

其他规则 / Other Terms：抵用券的具体有效期及使用细则请以届时发放的抵用券页面说明为准。

Other Terms: Specific validity periods and usage details are subject to the instructions on the voucher page at the time of issuance.

注 / Note：敷衍填写（如开放题留白、写 无/随便 等）的问卷，将直接视为无效且作废，不参与任何评奖。

Surveys with perfunctory answers (e.g., blank open-ended questions, "N/A", "Whatever") will be deemed invalid and void immediately and are ineligible for any prizes.
